Refund policy

Cancellations, returns, and exchanges

(1) Items can be returned within 7 days from the arrival date .
Please note that refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item.
・If paying by credit card: A refund will be processed to the credit card used for payment.
・Other payments: We will process the refund to the bank account specified by the customer. (We will only process refunds to the person who made the purchase)

(2) Regardless of the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products.
・Products that have been used
・Products that have been used for more than 8 days since arrival
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Package (bag, case )
・Other products that clearly indicate on the product introduction page that they cannot be returned

(3) Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer for cancellations and returns other than product defects.
